Always Perfect Painters are your local experts for all your residential painting needs. Our company was founded in 1998 by owner Ryan Trcka with the dream of creating a painting company that brought a higher level of professionalism to the industry. One that treated it’s clients and employees with the utmost respect, produced the highest quality paint job, and provided clients with a positive contractor experience. It was built on the core values of honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
We specialize in interior painting, exterior painting, custom finishes, and reclaimed barnwood features. No project is too big or too small for us! Our valued team is fully trained, fully insured, neat, friendly, and respectful. We strive to provide great customer service, timely work, and peace of mind to our clients. We proudly serve the Illinois communities of St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, South Elgin, Campton Hills, Elburn, Wayne, and Wheaton.

RYAN TRCKA, OWNER, MASTER PAINTER
Ryan is your primary contact at Always Perfect Painters. He handles day-to-day operations, provides quotes to potential clients, works on jobs, and trains employees. He works diligently to ensure the highest quality of work and the most positive experience for all of our clients. With over 32 years of experience in the trade, he is an expert in all aspects of painting. Ryan’s focus is in high-end residential painting, with extensive training and certifications in product knowledge, decorative finishes, and barnwood features. He enjoys creating art through his work and takes pride in being a leader to our team.
PATTI TRCKA, CO-OWNER, OFFICE MANAGER
Patti is responsible for a wide variety of duties behind-the-scenes at Always Perfect Painters. She keeps communication with clients running smoothly by managing interactions via our website and social media pages. Her professional and friendly demeanor makes working with her an absolute pleasure. She loves being a part of this company and what it strives to create, and is an integral part in providing a seamless experience for our clients. Patti is also passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering her time to local organizations and organizing sponsorship opportunities for Always Perfect Painters.
MEMO LARA, FOREMAN
Memo has over 20 years experience in the painting trade and is our top foreman. His skill level and eye for detail is top notch! Time and time again we are told by clients how professional, polite, and detail oriented Memo is. He is an excellent trainer to our apprentice painters and teaches the importance of high-quality work and service. You can always count on Memo to run a job seamlessly and leave you feeling thrilled with our work as a company!
RAFAEL GARCIA, FOREMAN
Rafael has been in the painting trade for almost 15 years. His skill level and dedication to producing the highest quality work is unmatched. He enjoys running our larger exterior crews during our outside season, but specializes in both exterior and interior painting. We always get compliments from clients when he is on the job! His talent, eye for detail, and skill at keeping clients informed every step of the way make him an invaluable member of our team!
